Postal voters who could not vote for Presidential Election as of yet will be given a special opportunity today (November 7) from 8.30 AM to 4.15 PM. Postal voting took place in two phases on October 31st and November 1st, 4th and 5th.
659,515 people were deemed eligible to cast postal votes this year.
