The English tour will begin with a three-day match against Sri Lanka Board President’s XI which will then be followed by another tour game against the same opponent.
The first Test will be played at the Galle International Stadium between March 19 and March 23. The R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo will then host the second Test from March 27 onwards. Sri Lanka are currently placed third in the championship standings with 60 points while England are placed fifth with 56 points.
