The National Elections Commission says preparations have begun with regard to holding Presidential Elections. A spokesperson said that steps have been taken to visit all polling centres within the course of the next few days.
Nearly 14,000 polling centres have been established across the country. The spokesperson added that the Presidential Election will be held under the 2018 electoral register. He also said that the preliminary work has commenced with the expectation that the Presidential Polls will be held between October and November this year.
