The Bank Manager of the Sanasa Bank in the Udawela area in Pinnawela, Balangoda has been arrested. Police said the suspect had fled the area on the November 25th last year, with over Rs. 120 million belonging to depositors.
The 48-year-old suspect was arrested in Balangoda based on a tip-off. Further investigations are underway.
