The Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) and the United People’s Freedom Alliance (UPFA) had decided not to participate in the Parliamentary Select Committee (PSC), appointed to probe Easter Sunday terror attacks, sources said.
However, Parliament yesterday approved a motion to set up a Select Committee to look into Easter Sunday attacks and to determine if any MP or a Minister was associated with the terror group, which carried out the attack.
